A6 postcard - Galaxy Strawberry
This is an A6 (10,5 cm x 14,8 cm / 4.1 x 5.8 inch) sized postcard from the Galaxy Splashes watercolour drawing series called "Galaxy Strawberry" painted by Kaisa Holsting, an Estonian artist.
"What do you call a sad strawberry? A blueberry."
The cards are double-sided and professionally printed on half-glossy 250 gsm A6 sized cardstock. On the backside, they're either completely blank (option 1) or have a place for an address and a stamp and some room to write (option 2). For shipping purposes, the cards are wrapped in a see-through plastic foil bag and sent in a bubble wrap envelope.
Please note that the colours of the cards may vary due to screen and printer differences.
A little about the Galaxy Splashes series:
The Galaxy Splashes watercolour series plays with the idea of “there’s more in every one of us than meets the eye”. There’s a dark and a light side in each and every one of us and for the most bit even the darker side of us ends up adding more depth and hidden gem-like features to our lives. Have the patience to peel off the surface and you might find a whole different Universe in your friend or a loved one. It’s also a play between the parallel worlds we live in, a constant fight between the feminine and the masculine. There’s a saying by Vickie Noble that represents this part of the series very well, she says “Men are logical; Women are cosmological.” and that’s exactly how I see it. There’s a bit of galaxy star-dust in all of us. There has to be a balance between different energies. That’s the duality of life.
